Every jar is roasted in small batches, stone-ground for a naturally creamy texture, and finished with thoughtfully sourced spices that tell a story.
We obsess over roast curves, the origin of our nuts, and the delicate balance of sweetness and salt so that you don't have to. Whether you stir it into your morning oats, drizzle it over warm toast, or eat it straight from the spoon β we won't judge. In fact, we encourage it.
Our flavors β from Chai Almond Swirl to Cocoa Crunch Peanut Butter β are inspired by chai stalls, mithai shops, and late-night kitchen experiments that turned into something magical. Garvika Bansal
Co-Founder
Born into a family of halwais, Garvika grew up surrounded by the aromas of traditional Indian sweets and the artistry of handcrafted food. Food wasn't just sustenance β it was heritage, celebration, and love.
Life took her down the corporate path, where long hours and convenience became the norm. But somewhere between boardroom meetings and takeout dinners, she realized something fundamental: quality of life isn't about doing more β it's about honoring your body with the right recipe of food, workout, and sleep.
A born foodie turned health enthusiast, Garvika began her journey back to the roots β asking not just "what tastes good?" but "what feels right?" She learned that the two aren't opposites. Real ingredients, made with care, deliver both flavor and nourishment.
Today, Garvika is on a mission to make "eating right, living better" accessible to everyone, navigating the same balance she found β between work and family, tradition and wellness, taste and health. Saaja Foods is her answer: pure ingredients, honest flavors, and food that honors the body.
