Almond Butter Apple Sandwiches
These adorable apple sandwiches are crunchy, creamy, and customizable. Perfect for after-school snacks or party appetizers!
Ingredients
- 🥜2 large apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith work great)
- 🥜1/4 cup Saaja Almond Butter
- 🥜Toppings: granola, dark chocolate chips, shredded coconut, raisins, chia seeds, hemp hearts
Instructions
- 🥜Core the apples and slice crosswise into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- 🥜Pat the apple slices dry with a paper towel.
- 🥜Spread almond butter on one apple slice.
- 🥜Add your favorite toppings.
- 🥜Top with another apple slice to create a sandwich.
