Almond Butter Apple Sandwiches

Almond Butter Apple Sandwiches

These adorable apple sandwiches are crunchy, creamy, and customizable. Perfect for after-school snacks or party appetizers!

Ingredients

  • 🥜2 large apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith work great)
  • 🥜1/4 cup Saaja Almond Butter
  • 🥜Toppings: granola, dark chocolate chips, shredded coconut, raisins, chia seeds, hemp hearts

Instructions

  1. 🥜Core the apples and slice crosswise into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  2. 🥜Pat the apple slices dry with a paper towel.
  3. 🥜Spread almond butter on one apple slice.
  4. 🥜Add your favorite toppings.
  5. 🥜Top with another apple slice to create a sandwich.
  6. 🥜Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  7. 🥜Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 hours.
