No-Bake Almond Butter Energy Balls

Quick, easy, and incredibly delicious! These energy balls require no baking and are perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 🥜1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 🥜1 cup rolled oats
  • 🥜1/2 cup Saaja Almond Butter
  • 🥜2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 🥜2 tbsp honey
  • 🥜1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 🥜Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. 🥜Add dates to a food processor and pulse until they form a sticky paste.
  2. 🥜Add oats, almond butter, chia seeds, honey, and salt. Pulse until well combined.
  3. 🥜If using chocolate chips, fold them in by hand.
  4. 🥜Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands. If the mixture is too sticky, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. 🥜Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
