Almond Butter Overnight Oats
Meal prep made easy! These overnight oats are customizable, delicious, and perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
Base recipe:
- 🥜1/2 cup rolled oats
- 🥜2 tbsp Saaja Almond Butter
- 🥜1 tbsp chia seeds
- 🥜1 tbsp maple syrup
- 🥜1/2 cup milk of choice
- 🥜1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 🥜1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 🥜Pinch of cinnamon
Topping ideas:
- 🥜Fresh berries
- 🥜Sliced banana
- 🥜Granola
- 🥜Coconut flakes
- 🥜Extra almond butter drizzle
Instructions
- 🥜In a mason jar or container, combine oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
- 🥜Add almond butter, maple syrup, milk, yogurt, and vanilla. Stir well to combine.
- 🥜Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- 🥜In the morning, give it a good stir and add your favorite toppings.
- 🥜Enjoy cold or warm it up in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
