Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

The ultimate peanut butter cookie recipe! Naturally gluten-free, these cookies are crispy on the edges and soft in the center.

Ingredients

  • 🥜1 cup Saaja Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 🥜3/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 🥜1 large egg
  • 🥜1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 🥜1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 🥜1/4 tsp salt
  • 🥜1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 🥜Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. 🥜Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 🥜In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. 🥜Add egg and vanilla, mix until smooth.
  4. 🥜Stir in baking soda and salt.
  5. 🥜Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. 🥜Roll dough into 1.5-inch balls and place on baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
  7. 🥜Flatten slightly with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
  8. 🥜Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  9. 🥜Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Centers will look slightly underdone.
  10. 🥜Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
